Heatless Compressed Air Dryer
-Pneumatic products introduced the concept of pressure-swing desiccant drying technology to industry back in the 1940's . Heat-Les™ desiccant dryers are the most common design in use today to deliver stable pressure dew points to -100°F. Desiccant bed regeneration is accomplished using a side-stream percentage of clean, dry, internally supplied compressed air. This allows them to excel in areas where the ambient air may be compromised.
-LHA series - 7-50 scfm, -40°F and -100°F pressure dew points.
- Legendary DHA/CDA series - 80-1,600 scfm, -40°F and -100°F pressure dew points.
- DSE, DSS & DHD series - 40-5,400 scfm,-100°F, -40°F, -4°F and +38°F pressure dew points.
- Legendary CHA series - Heat-Les™ desiccant compressed air dryers - 2,000-14,000
scfm, -40°F and -100°F pressure dew points.
Heated Desiccant Compressed Air Dryer
-Heat reactivated desiccant dryers use an internal or external heat source to regenerate the off-line desiccant tower. Heat reactivation allows pneumatic products to increase the volume of usable compressed air and reduce the energy consumption of the overall package. Pressure dew points from -4°F to -100°F are available.
Pneumatic products specializes in custom engineered desiccant drying systems. Kindly contact us for a custom quotation, should your application exceed the capacities and configurations listed herein.

High Volume Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryer
-Pneumatic products open-frame style refrigerated dryers are engineered to provide the most cost effective method of dew point control for dehydrating large compressed air systems. Designed for applications above the freezing point of water, there are two distinct technology platforms to choose from. Each custom-built product series offers a unique blend of application engineered energy savings and contaminant removal to best meet your unique compressed air treatment needs.
-PNC series - 4,000-20,000 scfm, 38°F pressure dew point.
-ESR series - 4,000-20,000 scfm, 33°F - 39°F pressure dew points.
Compressed Air Filters and Absorbers
-Contaminant removal products are critical to the effective design and performance of a compressed air or gas system. When properly applied and installed, they can be the difference that makes or breaks the quality of the compressed air or gas at point of use.
-Small flow filters - 35-100 scfm.
-P-2000 series high performance filters for compressed air and gas - 35 to 1,450 scfm.
-CC Series - large flow filtration for air and gas - 1,600 scfm and larger.
-PCS series - premium quality filtration for air and gas - 200 - 950 scfm.
-Oil and water vapor adsorbers - 25-2,200 scfm.
-PME series - mist eliminators - 125-3,000 scfm.
Condensate Drain Valves
-Remove condensed oil and water from your compressed air system with condensate drain valves from Pneumatic Products. Durability and reliability are offered with a complete line of fully automatic types including: float, timer actuated, no-air-loss and motorized ball valves. Drain valves should be installed at each liquid collection point of a compressed air system including the receiver, aftercooler, coalescing filters and wherever drip-legs are installed. The installation of drain valves will ensure a compressed air system free from the damaging effects of liquid and sludge.
-Automatic timer operated drain valves.
-Mechanical demand operated drain valves.
-Electric demand operated drain valves.
